3. the company has a Class Action Lawsuit against them That's really not a big deal. The comany is not guilty until proven. and even if we're guilty, we'll have to change all the directors and managment team like BE did. Investors wont lose more money because of that. 4.
600 million shares fully diluted
Who cares about the number of shares.. You always have to look the market cap.. We're at 10M$ now and the sol gel only is worth 5M$ (no deals yet). Only reason why you see 600M shares is because we did a 5x split. Or else we'd have 120M shares.
5. Zero cash?
Well we're a research and development company...almost every project is coming to an end and that will bring in the cash flow. 6.selling off asset (s) ?
