If you have a margin account do your part!

If you have a margin account do your part!Shares lent to short sellers come mostly from margin accounts at various brokerage houses.

If you have a cash account, shares cannot be lent as these assets are segregated from brokerage house.

So, I have read that if you have a margin account and that you have a sell order (not filled) that your shares can no longer be lent to short sellers.

So tomorrow before the open, I am going to place sale orders on all my oil stocks at really high prices to help fry all these shorties.

If this is true at all then this will raise cost to borrow and reduce number of shares available to short.

Even if this is all bs, at least I will stand a chance of a large  profit on some panic or fat finger.
