Possible Mideast War

Possible Mideast WarYou might want to fill up your car. No one has mentioned this yet, but Saudi lost 5.7 million barrels a day production after a coordinated cruise missile/drone attack sponsored by Iran. They keep upping the ante. First seizing oil tankers, now a massive attack on oil facilities. So far, they have been careful not to kill any American military personnel, so as not to rally the American public round the flag. It’s a powder keg. Clearly Iran is trying to intimidate it’s way out of financial isolation. It’s a risky strategy. If they can’t break the financial stranglehold, they have put all their eggs in the war basket. Everyone in the area is armed to the teeth. They could certainly cause loads of damage to American allies, but everything they’ve built, their nuclear infrastructure, would be obliterated off the face of the Earth.

One final thought: The Saudis will need lots of copper to fix their facilities. I’d rather it didn’t happen though. Human life is more important than making a few bucks.
