Try and catch up here Stock, we are talking about the missed payments of July and August....not the contract signing payment.
"For the 2 other payments, maybe they did the payments by now."
Stock514, you have obviously fallen in love with the stock and can no longer rationalize. Therefore, I will continue to post facts, as you continue to dream.
If I owned a stock where managment [Van Deventer, CEO Asterion and PREV] breached a payment within weeks of signing the contract.....I'd be making some pretty quick phone calls. I know you don't know this Stock, but the PREV Board approved the 51% selling of Sol-Gel on July 8th, and the contract was finalized on the same day. Therefore, just two weeks later when the $325,000 July 22nd payment was due, all Van Deventer [of Asterion] could come up with was $20k. And on August 22nd, he couldn't come up with anything. And now the September payment gets even larger....$390,000!
He 'breached' the contract within two weeks of signing Stock! Did he [Van Deventer] not know that Asterion was broke also? Why aren't you furious.....this is your money [investment] he is dicking with?

Stock price doesnt always reflect the companies performance.. Our the Ceo has been loaning money to the company for the past year. And I don't think we'd have difficulties raising money for the commercialization of the Sol gel nasal spray once everything is done.
Asterion has already paid the 325,000$. They own around 6.25%.. For the 2 other payments, maybe they did the payments by now.
