I agree, however at this point the street investor has grown tired of the delays with HC and have decided to move what remains of their funds elsewhere.  The HC licence in Q2 new release is a joke and now we are well into Q3 and the growing season has come and gone.  The Hemp project in Saskatchewan is another bust while other Hemp companies are seeing significant crop harvests.
