I am more interested in where the tax credits resurface? They are worth at least 10 million to a company according to Jack and some company that is producing can offer almost nothing to the secured creditors and unsecured to take them. 

That would mean that former RCG shareholders would get some cash back "( 5 million, etc..) between all the shares.

You would think out of 10 interested parties, there would be one that wanted to. Anaconda would be a perfect example... they are making cash and are in the region!!
