Asterion to buy 51% of PREV's Sol-Gel....

After this news came out in Aug, everyone here was high on excitement about this acquistion. There will be $2.6 million in PREV's coffers and commercialization around the corner you stated.

Then I post a statement from one of PREV's recent documents stating that Van Deventer [Asterion] decided to pass on the first two of the six acquistion payments [July and Aug].

Where is the shock??

Why did Van Deventer Asterion renegade on the Van Deventer PreveCeutical acquistion just two weeks later??
