BD,

Was there more to what he said? Share consolidation shouldn't be an issue tied to ways of raising money, unless I'm missing something. If it's in the form of shares issuance, then make no difference whether let's say for example 1M @ 1.00 or 5M @ .20, as dilution is still the end result. If in any other form, I don't see a correlation.

Share count is never an issue. If revenue supports the valuation, then it wouldn't matter if AGRA has one billion shares. Will be traded accordingly. Same applies to when share consolidation occurs.

I supported the forward-split because it was necessary. Still got a long way before AGRA sees revenue and we need liquidity. But once achieved, I wouldn't mind seeing a reverse-split to bring it back to the pre-split state. It makes a huge difference when trying to get on a big U.S. Exchange. Let's just use $4 SP minimum to get on, and while there may be another way to get on through a backdoor, will discuss another time. At this present SP, 15x in order to meet that requirement. With reverse-split SP, only need 3x. Some have said so? Think of the MC, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. Share count is a big deal in this case.

Some of those bigs had their luck thanks to the hype and overvaluation prior to leg that enabled them to get on. I doubt AGRA will have the same kind of luck. Okay, may achieve that kind of MC in 2021 but that's still some time away. Things can change in a hurry. I'm not optimistic with what's happening down South or economies around the world right now. Open it to a big U.S. market, is the equivalence of liquidity in my mind and will more than make up for the share consolidation IMO.
