RE:Extraction licenceAny real extraction company would be pursuing a licence. To get a licence they need to have a production facility, equipment etc. PUMP has nothing except rumors of contracts. If I was an LP I would use someone with a licence, facility and track record. 9.5 cents today... only going lower at this point
