RE:So Silent you could hear a pin drop ......They didn't have the votes before and extended the voting period two weeks.  Now they're focusing on getting stockholders to vote for the deal.  If they get approval, we're screwed.  If they don't get the necessary votes, we should see a better offer from Pala or they deal dies, which is okay with me as  I'd be happy to remain as is, even with the rip-off termination fee.  

If you haven't voted yet, vote no, by going to Proxyvote.com, entering the 16 digit code representing your shareholding (you can get it from your brokerage) and voting no to the deal, voting against directors and their ridiculous compensation plans.
