RE:Citi - Cobalt is our most bullish call of the EV metalsyes @Sogosohubidu201 tons of upside remains in Co pricing. Citi's LONG TERM price is very telling. And GLEN knows this as they created the squeeze that's pushing prices right now such that I think they will judge it as waaay to early to be sellers now.
