You had no interest these boards before the Titan announcement. Now you're trying to convince long term shareholders and board members against their thorough due diligence. Explain please, why was the Zhaojin offer turned down?

Keith, the person you make such allegations of, courted a superior offer from Zhaojin that would have relieved core of its debt and put it on the right track. It was an order of magnitude better than this offer from Titan. Why was it turned down? And what do you think about it?

The debt has been extended many times in the past for similar terms. There is no reason to think that they wouldn't find a way to kick the can without Titan. Or find a buyer with a reasonable amount of CASH. It begs the question, what is Titan using to buy these debts? They don't have the money.

As for Keith, he kept the company afloat when it was dancing with bankruptcy and put it on the right track. He ALMOST got us completely out of the weeds with the Zhaojin offer before BOD4 kicked him out. And now we are being fed another load of BS with fruit flies trying to convince us against better judgment. You talk about some dumb loan, but we were almost in the promised land and BOD put it to a stop. Even the courts were disgusted with their behaviour
