They need to turn the corner and actually deliver some of what management has promised. The share count is completely irrelevant.  If some funds have a threshold it is tied to market cap. which is solved by performance not share consolidation.

If they consolidate today at 16 cents ten-to-one then you have a 1.60 share price.  Congrats what is the difference.  Still the same value of your holdings.
