Even HC has NEVER said 1 year or they would not be bothering them to finish this cycle as the pot would be of NO USE 1 year from now. Anybody that thinks ANY lawsuit get inside any courtroom between now and at least 3 years from now is nuts. They will be either up and running in 3 to 6 months TOPS or will be sold off. there is a reason 5 MILLIONS shares were traded today
