RE:RE:RE:OldManCanuckFantastic (and civil) response. Thank you.
Amongst what I think are rather minor disagreements in opportunity here, this really is one of the best boards on Stockhouse for due diligence and civility.
Cheers.

Beta VS VHS and early PC VS Mac to mention a few without dating myself. I believe your right when you say that it will come down to marketing. MH and SPR will need to launch a very successful educational campaign. Or best case stand alone by HC default(Wishful but very possible).
In regard to JV, I also must admit that Pepsi Co/Coke or Pernod-Ricard were on my fantasy list of JV hopefuls when SPR announced JV news was to be released. I was surprised to hear MH was selected. However, “realistically” MH is a solid partner and at the time probably the best choice for THC beverages and validation. The Fortune 500s like Pepsi/Coke were not looking to enter the game at that early stage. MH will bend over backwards for SPR tech right now which makes it the right fit. If SPR would have signed with a bigger co SPR would have been doing the bending. Although it may not have been the fantastical “blue sky” JV we all hoped for, it is a very appropriate suiter “in the grand scheme”.
As for niche company, I disagree. In Ottawa Ont, MH is very popular and in many restaurants. No, not as many as the craptastic staples such as Molson/Coors, Bud, Labatt but there is most often at least one moose head product on tap. Between Twisted Tea, Angry Orchard, Cracked Canoe, MH Lager/Radler, Small Batch, Estrella Damm, Hop City, Sam Adams, James Ready there is usually one on the menu or being purchased by someone in line at the beer/LCBO in front or behind me. On a side note, THC bevies won’t be making there way into alcoholic establishments any time soon.
Despite a healthy presence at the LCBO, BeerStore and alcoholic establishments, MH sells there products in grocery stores owned by Weston, Provigo, Walmart US and Walmart Canada. They also have a presence in the EU. This is hardly a niche marketed company shackled to Canada. MH has some well established distribution channels around the globe.
Pepsi/Coke, soft drink and wellness beverage company hopefuls have not been affected by the MH JV and are JV eligible. The only exclusivity is on THC beverages which is a smaller market compared to wellness drinks/edibles. However, it is this beautiful JV that will propel this tech there. So for those with foresight perhaps this is the “blue sky” JV we hoped for and to all others it may be left to hindsight realizations.
As for why SPR is not mentioned in the extraction articles of its competitors. They have been mentioned with the industry leaders on several occasions throughout the past six months. As for the odd article they are not mentioned, it is most likely a competitors paid advertisement whom prefers not to be compared to the industry’s leading technology. Although we see this MH JV very differently, we can at least agree that SPR is a ground breaking technology that will shape a bourgeoning market from which we are well positioned to maximally reap the benefits!
