at 50 cents, now it looks very good

at 50 cents, now it looks very goodlike it a lot... operationally things are better... the new Sask property looks to be a reason to buy into this, that and the light oil they added over the last 2 years... all good thing... debt good, very good... very manageable.  

only hair is their retriement obligations... near $100 million today.  we all know those are understated too.  this is an unknown in all oil and gas companies though.

I am moving in here.
