Need some convincing

Need some convincing I understand the new management and the need to market.. but I'm worried about a volatile stock spike from a base as low as .08cents.. could this be the turn around for diamcor.. or a quick movement? ... also I understand the loan has since been paid off, and a gathering of X amount of diamonds karats found... thoughts?
