i wanted to invest in this buisness but after looking at historical stuff they look pretty crooked how come everyone from director board arent fired yet? and also how come who ever negotiated debt with the criminal lenders arent sued for illicite activity this make no sense share holder are wiped to 99% to extend a debt and debt holder almost own the all the buisness a proper CEO and buisness board that isnt corrupted would have go bankrupt liquidate the buisness and paid back debt and redistribute to shareholder the left over not stealing by 90% dillution this is pure stealing i do not understand how come there is no lawsuit. A real CEO wouldnt have accepted such deal he should liquidate this is pure criminal bheavior. CEO by law are required to act on shareholders best outcome not on theire own jobs and personal survival.
