By this time they should have had all civil work done, any underground electrical or plumbing done, footings done, rebar completed, electrical and plumbing completed in the slab and the slab done and cured waiting for any prefab building. Equipment should have been ordered months ago. Their electrical is off the shelf stuff, air handling units are off the shelf units. Both are three months delivery at the most. So If everything was ordered when it should have been then this building should have been half complete right now.
