Been shaking this out for a few weeks

With the small market cap of this and the volumes traded the last few weeks, I would wonder if they aren't planning to run this up. Would be fairly easy with the low float and seems to me there is a reasonable chance of success with the business plan in place. A couple setbacks but overall adding some high profile contracts. Will be interesting to see where this goes in the next few quarters.
