RE:RE:Thoughts ab Soldaze....

RE:RE:Thoughts ab Soldaze.... The SolDaze deal was one where I beleive NH  pulled out because they didn't have a manufacturing licence.  I suspect the plan was to buy the company and produce everything together in the Sacramento facility to find a high level of manufacting cost efficiency and when the permit was canned (still in re-application) the idea didn't work anymore.  If you run the numbers, NH was going to pay more for SolDaze than TransCanna was, so it's highly unlikely that it was SolDaze who pulled out of the deal.

AFGKhan wrote: The Soldaze deal never went throught with NH. They changed the deal into a distribution deal instead.  They are distributing their products without owning it
It was mentionned around the last paragraph of the May 13 news release

Nutritional High and Tres Ojos Naturals LLC ("Tres Ojos") mutually elected not to proceed with the previously announced acquisition (announced January 29, 2019). The Company will however continue to distribute SolDaze through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Calyx and very much looks forward to a continued close relationship with the SolDaze team.
