You're the one that wrote a lack of patent was a weakness. Where it is not. If you don't want to be misinterpreted as a basher with a negative sentiment than write more clearly with transparency. Likewise in regards to the share price not moving until financials don't be so sure. The stock can rocket up at any point in time. It's currently a micro cap many fund managers aren't able to buy. Only takes one going in to push it up and hold it above a key level like 100M. I am long and many posters here have been bashing siyata and referencing competition etc which for the millionth time there is no competitors. Also yes we would know if any competitor was to decide to fund research and shareholders money towards a push to talk device. It would require a lot of funding and they are all public listed companies with boards and would disclose such an expenditure and venture. As small as it would be for them. Also insiders at siyata in the know of this market would be aware of a competitor funding for such technology and research. The CEO stated that to his knowledge nobody is currently planning on such a device.
IT appears that you are the one who is incapable of understanding and yet accuses me of being negative. MY response to why the company didn't have a patent was on Sept 14th and reiterated to you on the 17th SHOW ME where there is ANY negativity in the posting that you seem to believe is so negative --------------------:RE:Competition The simplest answer is that even if the duplication process begins you'd still have to go thru the regularatory process which takes year(s). So sim is working on the first to market strategy to be the leader and hopefully achieves the success to either become a strong player or get bought out by a big shark. It may also be a case that nothing they have in their product would make it uniquely patent able IT likely isn't patentable so how does any of the statement above translate as negative he who demands clarity ? ------------------- As for the share price it is my opinion that since there isn't a proven profitability the market will not react favorably until it is showing that potential via those statements. that is an opinion of when the price will go up not that the prospects are negative. IF the price rose prior to that then I would be very surprised but stated that even if it did it would not be sustainable UNLESS the statements validated the new share price. JUST basic market moves on most stocks ...not a negative . Lastly I doubt that companies- especially huge ones share their strategy, or product development focus with anyone and especially not the competition. You can believe what you like but if that were the case industrial espionage wouldn't exist - yet it does .... But even if someone were in that process it would still take a while to get to market as stated earlier...this is the leg up for sim so hopefully they take full advantage of it and we all benefit.....
