I'm in a similar situation as you.  I'm overweight in IPL and have been considering adding more.  However Heartland still has two more years before production starts and many things (bad and good) could happen.

I ended up parking my extra cash in Keyera Corp.  They have projects that have been approved and come on line between now and 2022.  KAPS initiative is really promising.  Additional opportunities are also plentiful.  So I decided not to put my growth eggs all in one basket.  Keyera seems to have the same growth potential as IPL.  Time will tell.
