Unfortunately the Ozzy crazies are simply here to disrupt. They won't answer anything in a meaningful way. The good thing here is that after the two month reflection partly forced by regulators and especially the very recent rescinding of the Vertex Titan shuffle terms the BOD4 and Titan won't be able to get their marriage thru. Javier has a lot of skin in Core and he now faces again a choice. Is he still thinking that Titan will reward him better? I very much doubt it the first attempt was abysmal and a landmark decision was made against them. For Titan it was a total disaster. All their crimes and misdemeanors were laid bare. So this next attempt which again has to abide by corporate laws looks even less likely. Arbitrage was an incentive for many to pick up Core shares and vote with BOD4. What is the incentive now? BOD4 had actively been selling the arbitrage situation with all who would listen. Who will listen now? It is more likely now that investors will be looking for a real deal especially that gold is trotting forward nicely. It would seem likely a deal much better than 42c is on the cards and that is what pushes things here.
