What is more important is that your total cost in the 10000 shares reduced to 100 will be the same AND your per share cost will increase by 100 times.
If your cost now is $1 per share. It will become $100 per share.
You can make your own guess as to how long it will take to recover.
If the market price is low as it is now after they issue new shares, you might be able to average down. But you will have to buy a lot of shares to reduce you per share cost to a reasonable number.
Even a new buyer at .04 now, may have a problem when his cost goes to $4 per share.
Certainly, when they exit BK, the price will go up some.
But how long will it take to go up 100 times- probably years.
