I thought 3M sued to attempt to keep Rumble for pulling out of their deal way back when.
Thought EITHER party had that right, according to the contract, as TOS had still not gotten approval for certain changes/upgrades from the FDA and since they hadn't at the agreed expiry Rumble exercised that right and pulled out of the deal?
