The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

"Just Sayin'"  If I was running the company,which of course I'M not. I would wait until the entire buildout is completed and some larger revenues are coming in before I started paying off the debentures.This could be the plan already just have to wait and see.Short term pain for long term gain. Just Sayin
