The ecomena article is about the hazards of open burning of tires, nothing to do with cement kiln burning except for the mention of EPA standards which apply to all tire-as-fuel applications.
Not only does this not back up your comments, it ignores the public health hazard of open fires on tire piles which the LaFarge contract is going to mitigate.
Our problems are rooted in political corruption, we should be talking about the response to climate rallies.
