Don't even bother trying to prove him wrong with news articles, governement pages or actual documents. He'll either ignore it and move on, call it fake and don't trust your third party website only his third party website, or just call you names and insult you then make up something else on a new thread.
Italy is in a questionable stage of legalization right now, no one knows what the new governement will do yet.
The cassation only clarified the law does not allow sale of cannabis flowers from .2% up to .6% it only allowed farmers to produce it for mercantile or industrial uses. Up to .2% is still allowed. THis clarification is only that re stating that specific law wasn't to allow sale. It doesn't create a new law, change other laws or affect anything else. Just clarifies that one specific law. And even still allows the minor courts to address each seizure or law suit on an individual basis for the statement "Devoid of doping efficacy." And shops have been reopened since that ruling.
Second easy joint even overlooking Italy can legaly sell anywhere pot is legal Canada, Sweden (up to 1%) it's a brand it can go anywhere, open a chain shop anywhere it can sell weed, hell if you have a license for medical cannabis you can buy it if you can't find supply in your country and are willing to pay shipping and can prove your prescription.
Finally Italian governmeny seized Easy Joints supply from a warehouse, that wasn't actively selling it. Which is not illegal as final sale point was not decided so even if by chance they have .3% they could have sold it to Canada or an industrial shop which is legal. They also seized butane and smoking stuff like pipes and bongs, which are also not illegal. THey finally made statements prior to the lawsuit claiming the seizures and information, site and company and persons involved. Making it so much easier when the lawsuit happens to dismiss the seized items if the government comes up with a reason to enter legal items (butane and bongs) or questinable legaility (cananbis, THC content to be tested) into evidence.
Finally I can't dispute his made up facts like 80% of the Easy Joints stock was seized. But I can show your their website still selling, and their cananbis source page showing they buy directly from local farmers who also have stock, did the government seize 80% of that too ducky? 62% of half of duckies claims are made up percentages, everyone knows that.
So guys just ignore this guy, don't engage and just tell him to do better research and go away. I've never figured out his lenigas hate crusade, and want to believe hes just a day trader flipping this volatile stock, but I don't know. I do know he lies, insults people and is generally a nusiance that warps facts, statements or outright misreepresnts information for some personal gain as he won't go away.
