I think the last paragraph is quite revealing :
“I will answer that question when I get to the three expert conclusions. I cannot say anything at the moment. But I can say for sure that the solution should have legal basis and not contradict the legislation,” he added.

Clearly the legislation has ruled in favor of LYD that the blockades had no legal basis.

That being said, le PM always stated he needed to consider 3 key component... Economical, Environmental and Legislative...

Economical and Legislative are pretty much staked completely in LYD's favor... And the Environmental aspect remains in a gray zone, but with the studies showing that the enviromental inpact would be manageble...

It really looks like the decision will be to remove the blockade... However, it does seem like the government might make the company wait for further proof of environmental safety.

Hard to say really... What's dumb is that Lydian has already sunk 100's of Million into the dev of the mine... So, it would really be a douche move to block the project altogether at this point. I can't imagine that they could do that.

For SendNewsTS, it would seem unlikely that the government would move in on the blockage on Friday the 20th...

From 20th to 27th is the Global Environmental Strike... Where globally, people will mobilize for the environment... I don't think the Armenian Government would have the arrogance to remove the blockades during this time... On the 27th will be a particularly big day of mobilization with expected world wide gatherings, so I doubt they would make any move before the 27th.

If I had to personally strike to remove the blockades, I would think that Saturday the 28th will probably be a day where all the protestors will be quite exhausted and vulnerable. A time where they probably wouldn't give the police or authorities 100% of their potential resistance due to the prior week.

But, it doesn't sound like the government is ready to move in and to do anything just yet.

So, anyways, just things to consider.
