I'm pretty sure that most of us on here trade through nominee accounts and have ceeded the rights to vote on ANY matters concerning CVR to our brokers. Brokers generally tend to vote with whatever proposals the company management put out there as they just dont have the time to consider every individual matter . . and they vote with YOUR voting rights. I would urge ALL private investors to speak to your brokers and ask to be able to take back your rights to vote on matters relating to CVR. They should be ameinable to this and send you a form to fill in.
