Yes and KITCO uses only the bid price, and I am not sure what exchange they use, or perhaps what the bid is for buying metal from their own internal sources. 
SPOT prices on other sites are for the last sale in the global market.
I was assured by the lady i chatted with at infomine that their data is up to the second on spot prices of palladium.
The last spot price quoted there is 1654 US$
Bloomberg 1655....
So about 20$ higher  than Kitco 's bid quote
