RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:market inefficiancy provides opportunity againSStoktikk. I figure the ats's and various other computer wizzards programs control the upside to make money on the downstroke. I don't know much about all those and how it all works. I do wonder if when things really get hot in the mining stock world if they don't get re programed to make money on the upstroke? Some one help me out, is that a possibility?
