RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sad day for CDN workers....Diluent is 25-55% by volume, depending on the bitumen being diluted. Target is SG of .94 (lighter than fresh water).

Moe - when you have published scientific papers....peer reviewed.... on climate change and sea levels...let us know. To further educate yourself, take a trip to low lying Holland and see the billion$$ they are spending to protect themselves from rising sea levels. Fact not Moe fiction.
