1.The total market cap of BUS is 25M only.
2. It has about 500 (not sure) Bus on Road
3. It has about 200 Bus on order book
4. BUS is approved manufacturer of bus in their size and put a bid for every tender against NFI

Just to kill this competition and take over the part/service for 500 buses and oredr on the books is worth $100M for NFI in my opinion.

BUS is not going to go down without fighting. They will be profitable even if they supply 100 buses every year.
