not a great answer ... as a power play

if we can get 4c for the shares others can too

Sprott might not sell 
1. to retain control of the company
2. prevent Lewis or others from taking control of the company again
3. forcing it to the ground

I assume he went into this assuming it would suceed.

It has been a waste of time for him.
And the rest of us too.
