RE:RE:RE:NextleafOffset time is important to me as a consumer.  If anybody has a link to HC regulations, please share.  I'm hoping they (HC) feel the same as we do.  In the research I did on their nano policy - everything is passively worded.  HC "may" require, as opposed to "does" require.

we are all rooting for HC to put the screws to Sproutly's inferior competition, but I haven't seen anything in black and white to back up our wishful thinking.
