RE:NEWS RELEASE understand this is no dilution!
Options are what they are and whoever has 5 years to buy them!
If they don't than no big deal nothing happened! If they do money
  in the MRS bank and they are confident it will rise above this!
More important is we have 3.5 mill shares expiring tnis week at .50
  which is again no dilution unless excersized and will be taken off the table!
And if they do get purchased (WHich is highly doubtfull good) Wouldn't happen!
Unless on h=ll of a nr this week yet!
So if that's what it takes to bring on new hires at no cost just a incentive without
  a salary to boot!
Or even to lower the costs of present employess that I menyione a while ago
  about getting the salaries down, all will work and help!

  I'm all in especially if they pull off some amazing sales moving forward!!
Could be a awesome move!
Who thought of this and yhey obviously know it will move higher and
  any new hires taking advantage of this will be well rewarded!
Look at Stone & Churchhill beiing paid with shares to start and willing
  to do so?? What does that spell??
They are already in the money at .24 but still have to hold for another 3 months!
Good times coming and more IMO!
