Sadie, the scientists that work for the government have to tow the party line so to speak. I'm not an expert on scientists but if you haven't heard the other side of the arguement, I'm surprised. By all accounts it's supposed to be well over half but they are the quieter ones :)
BTW, I just took a trip to Alaska this past summer. Don't talk to the locals about climate change, at least not in that part of the country.
