RE:RE:Collapsing as expected....you know whoThis crosses the line from 'acting improperly' to criminal behaviour. Unfortunately they have shareholders hostage. A criminal investigation could completely implode the company.

As the TSXV has rescinded their approval of the restructuring of the Vertex debt, then isn't the whole transfer of the Promissory Notes to Titan null and void as well ?
The transfer of the promissory note debt to Titan occurred prior to the TSXV approval which was announced on September 11, 2109 of the restructuring of that debt. The restructuring included the reduction of the conversion price and the ability to transfer the promissory notes to another party.
Therefore, as there was no ability to transfer the promissory notes to a third party under the old terms of the promissory notes, and ther TSXV has not approved of the restructuring ..... then shouldn't the whole transfer to Titan be rescinded ?
One has to think that Vertex, and any intermediary who was involved with the transfer to Titan, were acting improperly, and outside of proper procedures permissible by the securities regulations enforceable by the TSXV. The transaction transferring the promissory notes to Titan should be rescinded . JMHO.
