What is this SP?

What is this SP?The recent HRT stock pricesdoesn't make any sense to me. I don't understand what they mean by "high grade, Low cost mine". Low cost to investors - ready to take us even low?

According to their filings, they have indicated mineral resources for ~$1.6B and inferred resources for $837M @$1500gold price. And today HRT market cap is only ~160M. Probably there could be a rise, but don't know when. Or in other words, the guys who work hard to bring its price back to square need to stop that!
