so if you speed they take your licence for life as you cannot un-speed ? No they start following the rules of where they grow. They fired those "they said" were responsible and start over again. The weed they grew illegally (those rooms were scheduled to be legal withing weeks :( ) will be forfeited .
However if they promise not to do it again and can show remorse--I think a good start was cleanign house. They have a good chance of getting their licence back under strcit scrutiny and will be watched very closley
In my opinion 'IF" they were going to take their licence away totally then there would be no "logical" reason to let them finsih the cycle they were in and dry and package this crop as without a licence they would NEVER be able to sell it to anybody and would be a waste of time a resources---JMO
