That's recycled rhetoric. This is from February 2014: "The unusual mode of formation, through igneous hydrothermal processes, accounts for the superior purity and crystallinity of graphite found in this ‘one of a kind’ deposit."

It was blah blah in 2014, and recycled blah blah in 2017.
