RE:Seeking Alpha out yesterday
Seeking Crapa is worthless. All these projects are different - like Westdome, Altantic was producing, although, from what I saw (and I owned it) it was going to be very limited/challenged going forward (why they sold; smart people) - Westdome, the other hand, has a very big future.
Barkerville is a smart pluck by Osisko, who are great bottom fishers. They are not legacy miners, folks, so the comments don't apply
The main point to remember about Westdome: Once gold gets really established over, say $1550 US, and drifts higher, the legacy miners are going to have a huge jump in earnings, cash flow, and equity value. They are then going to have a massive problem in finding reserves to replace. There's almost nothing out there like Westdome. Especially in such a great location.
This is why you can safely sit with this one. "multiple expansion" is what drove the stock market the last decade, and is coming to good qualty mining stocks. Especially the very few with high grade.
