Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Gottahunch and Daredevil

RE:Gottahunch and Daredevil Outhere, in my experience, that is not how it works. Applications do not have to be resubmitted. Anyone that told you this is mistaken. Any findings or omissions are presented to the applicant in writing and at an exit meeting after an onsite audit is conducted.  The company has time to work through all finding with the assigned H.C. auditor.  Once all findings are found to be satisfactory, a licence is issued. As I worked through this process, my application was issued after 17 months from the time of submission. This was back in late 2017 when there were long lines.  I was never given an update, or reason why it took so long, other than we are working on it.  I have done the same with cGMP and FDA accreditation processes. All are similar and very frustrating.

Instead these two desperate souls (feel for them), scour the internet looking of meanings of investment and industry terms. Folks it's easy, MJ is a space you need to trade and be prepared to take losses in. Last year was by far my best trading year. This I'm up but literally only 30% of what I made last year. There was an issue with DD in the summer, many spoke about it, so we got put to the back of the line with the resubmission. I suspect the 2nd fri of Oct we will hear
