RE:Springboard Platform - Are you ready to dive in!Well Meni said after the BC announcement, that they were talking with other provinces too.  Shortly after that, Ontario announces its revamping its sales model  Bloomberg Article.  

It would be a decent fit to scale up and offer a B2B model for access and delivery.
