The note must be included and auditors are right to highlight the fact that the company has not turned a profit so far and thus may not succeed. However with their current cash position and deals and plans I am betting it will. Absolutely nothing to be worried about from this note, unless you’re invested in NRTH’s past rather than in it’s future.
