Hi foundryman & jessie18 I attended the 2018 AGM myself & my group thought this company was about to achieve wonders in the gem stone market everything seemed well planned. Some things we didn't like such as the over 700k the CEO was paid before targets were accomplished and lack of investor relations or responses to inquiries. My questions at the meeting was when will the company start to show profit and when will the company make enough to pay the management wages plus show profit to the bottom line. The last question was why is it so difficult to get a response from the company even though I had left multiple messages stating I wanted to get in on the private placement.
He said profit will start in first quarter of 2019 and by 3rd quarter to year end will surpass employee wages as planned. As to why they were not responding to investor questions his remark was that he was very busy and didn't have time. It did bother me when I saw where his funding came from when I was more then eager to grab a chunk. Once share price hit the low 20's I started selling at 50% loss finely selling the last at 13 1/2 cents glad I am out ... too many red flags and I am in a much better stock now for me. I do believe Fura will be a great company one day but the CEO will have to realize that once he took this company public he has to work with his partners the shareholders and it's not his personal company ... good luck to all of you
