The Moosehead deal is on track and will be finalized in due course
- sales license should be announced soon
- well positioned to launch Caliber product
- will be introducing premium edible products
- developing strategic partnerships in international markets (700 million strong)
- noted that they have “vehicle within contract to pursue U.S. market when regulatory framework becomes viable (option of acquring a percentage of infusion bio) but initial primary focus is Canada and 700 million strong european market
- Ogilvy mentioned as instrumental in navigating brand development with Sproutly and Sproutly partner products - well positioned to take advantage in branding, marketing, packaging as restrictions will no doubt loosen in the next few years.
- note that compared to competitors they “stand alone” in the market with their true water soluble tech , their processing and truly unique product lines.
