RE:RE:RE:Procyon Commentary

RE:RE:RE:Procyon CommentaryRobert,

I’m not going into discussions with you over the internet but this industry doesn’t want to communicate anymore if things going bad.

I did manage to find the "proof of life" video of your first helicopter” But at what quality Robert! No rev counter, no telemetry radios (in the specs and paid for)

Your message to me:
To place an order, I would require 50% down payment up front.  Then it will take 1 month to build. At which point I will provide photos and video of the pre-delivery test flight for Proof of Completion.  Then you pay the balance and shipping and I ship it to you.

Within 2 days (14th of December) you had the money on your account.
And now you write: “You were informed of the problems, but insisted on me shipping the system anyway as you wanted to present it at a show on March 11th.
Do you think this request was strange? A request after 3 months! I needed to start earning money with it! My money was at your bank! This is the whole problem in this industry. “I would require 50% down payment up front” and “Then you pay the balance and shipping and I ship it to you”. That’s it! The buyer has NO right etc at all, and they have to take the delivery as is..
I read your statements on the internet where you blame the surveying companies not knowing what they are doing. It’s you (manufactures) that doesn’t take clients so closely as long as they put the money on the table so you can extend your hobby.

Several months after you took possession of the unit” How come Robert? You sold your product and weren’t even able to deliver (even to produce! see the long time it took you to deliver finished) the product that was bought and fully paid for! It took me 3 trips to your office in Canada and finally had to pick up and hand carry the batteries you sold me. It’s not only making a product Robert!

Robert, its hobbyist like you that start a company with an idea and have no clue how to do it and what a customer are and at the end saying “Ce n'est pas de ma faute" Its always: "the prevalence of user-caused crashes"

I knew upfront when you told me that you were selling NOVAerial robotics to Global UAV Tech that this would have a negative outcome. Why, because I learned to know you.
